The Ionosphere is one layer of charged particles above the Earth, and is important for High Frequency radio communication. There are several layers in the ionosphere, and since they weren't certain that the first one identified was not guaranteed to be the lowest, it was given the name of 'the e-layer'. Above it are some f-layers, and below it a d-layer. Some of these are at least in part controlled by the UV from the Sun.
Van Allen Radiation Belt
This is the troposphere. This is the layer where weather occurs. The stratosphere is just above it, housing the ozone layer.
Solar Wind
The tropopause is the boundary layer in the Earth's atmosphere from the troposphere below and the stratosphere above.
its changed over time by tectonic plates shifting.
Ionosphere
The layer of charged particles in Earth's atmosphere is called the ionosphere. The most famous application of this layer is AM radio, which bounces its waves off of the ionosphere for radio receivers to use.

the layer above the earth is the troposphere
The Earth layer known as the lithosphere consists of the crust and uppermost mantle. There is no solid layer above the lithosphere.
theler Above the crust,Is earth itself..
The earth's mantle.
The Earth layer known as the lithosphere consists of the crust and uppermost mantle. There is no solid layer above the lithosphere.
The layer above the Lithosphere is the Asthenosphere!
The Earth's crust lies above the mantle.
lithosphere
No, they damage the ozone layer.
