Omega Point is a term used to describe the maximum level of complexity and consciousness to which the Universe was heading. It could be used to describe Jesus Christ, Son of God who is in a sense a God himself but not above God himself. This idea was first postulated by French Jesuit Pierre Teilhard de Chardin. In science it is applied as the ultimate and supreme singularity. One which results from the Big Crunch when gravity attracts all aspects of the Universe together in a contraction. It is believed to be the ultimate point of complexity where a Universal Computer can be made. One that simulates all forms of existence in infinity during the finite time it takes the Universe to collapse. Which is just a way of saying it can define it's laws of existence outside of the Universe.
