This is hard ^^; The only character I can think of is Flay Allsterfrom Gundam Seed. In the series she was a scared little girl but when her father was killed in the war,she had a mental breakdown and she became crazy obsessed with this one guy and wanted him to fight in the war until he exhausted himself. She became manipulative (and had a crazy laugh) until she was captured. She's not a well liked character...
