I have an anteverted uterus and I have gone on to have 3 healthy children. Unless the tilt is extremely severe, you should be able to conceive... Unless you have other health issues that would make conception difficult.

Uterine position describes how the uterus sits in the pelvis. A normal uterus is midline (not towards the right - dextrorotated - or left - levorotated). A normal uterus may lean toward the front (described as anteverted) or the back (retroverted). If it leans very far with a more acute angle, it could be called anteflexed or retroflexed. All of these "leanings" are normal variants.
A normally configured uterus, that is to say your womb is tipped forward towards your tummy.
Pregnancy.
A normal anteverted uterus does not cause a bulge below your belly button. The entire normal uterus is so small that it is tucked behind your pubic bone. If you have an abnormally large uterus, then it may cause a bulging lower abdomen. Ask your surgeon for advice specific to your situation.
The uterus can and does change positions between pregnancies. Just because you have a tilted uterus at some point in your life does not mean it will always be tilted. Just so, if your uterus is tilted forward, it can become retroverted.
