Caffeine is a natural chemical found in tea leaves, coffee beans, cacao, and cola nuts. When we eat or drink caffeine, it acts as stimulant makes you feel more awaken and alert. Who use to caffeine headaches, stomachaches, and makes you feel very sleepy or grumpy all day and who is not getting much caffeine cause headache, fatigue, anxiety, irritability, depressed mood, and difficulty concentrating. Caffeine can cause to lose calcium, makes your heart to pump faster, breading more quickly, increase blood pressure, increase alertness and increase your blood pressure. Drinking caffeine may cause you to risk of developing osteoporosis. Jest getting enough caffeine is to drink water or milk witch doesn't have any caffeine.
