dynamic memory allocation is the continuous change of address of the ram blocks and hence the storage of data is not in a fixed position but alternating randomly eg OFFFFFF then moved to OOOFFFF then moved to OFFOOO ) .

Regular ram has a fixed address of the memory block eg OFFFFFFF for 1 block of ram or analogous to your neighborhood address E.G . Joseph lives at 4 random street and Anna lives at 5 , I CAN ALWAYS FIND Joseph at 4 random street and 5 with Anna
