Analysing the Coal: Dry, mineral matter-free (dmmf) basis---The coal is assumed to be free of both moisture and mineral matter and the data are a measure of only the organic portion of the coal Dry, ash-free (daf) basis---Data are expressed as percentages of the coal with the moisture and ash removed
Moisture is a noun.
Hydration is used for absorption of moisture and dehydration for removal of moisture.
Bound moisture is water that is nothing but for crystallization. Unbound moisture is the moisture that is present in the water once evaporation occurs, for example dew.

Frost-free freezers will keep down the moisture produced by your refrigerator. They also enable a larger amount of space in the freezer compartment by preventing moisture to encompass the areas around your freezer.
Fine Coal Moisture: not familiar with this term. I assume it is the Total Moisture in the fine fraction of coal. Fine fraction or "fines" is sometimes defined as the -0.5 mm fraction. "Inherent Moisture" is a non-preferred term according to Australian Standard 2418-1995: Coal & Coke - Glossary of Terms. It is sometimes used to mean the moisture retained by a coal or coke sample, after it has attained equilibrium with the atmosphere to which it is exposed. "Inherent" is not a good word here because the atmosphere to which the sample is exposed is not normally controlled for temperature or humidity. Alternatively, "Inherent Moisture" is also used to mean "Equilibrium Moisture" = "Bed Moisture" = "In-situ Moisture", which is an ASTM test for moisture retained after the sample has attained equilibrium with an atmosphere of controlled humidity and temperature. These two usages of Inherent Moisture are not even approximately the same; the term is therefore ambiguous and should not be used. "Free Moisture" = "Surface Moisture" is the moisture that is lost by the coal or coke in attaining equilibrium with the air to which it is exposed (AS2418). This air would normally be at ambient temperature and humidity.

In a relatively moisture free, airtight container. Room temperature away from direct sunlight.
Kirkland moisture shampoo doesn't contain sodium chloride.
To allow the transformer to "free breathe" and yet prevent any moisture from entering. The desiccant in the breather removes any moisture in the air before it enters the tank or conservator.
Neutrogena has a large supply of products that are completely oil-free. Consider the Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash - Neutrogena and the Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture SPF.
Not necessarily. But they should be cleaned, dried, and folded in a dry place free of moisture.
