it depends where you take a Vinyasa Yoga class. If you are taking it at a gym, then yes, it would be okay for a beginner. But, if you are taking an open Vinyasa class at a private studio, it might be a bit challenging. a better choice would be to look for yoga dvds. if you are a beginner it helps a lot.
