one night a girl went out with her boyfriend to the Eiffel Tower, he planned to Marry her, However. She planned to dump him.
When she said No to marrying him he graped her and took her to the top of the tower and threw her down to her death.
at night time you can hear a girl laughing, then Saying NO and then screaming. then silence., meaning her ghost haunts the Eiffel Tower.
