What is meant by Values education?

Value is the base of everything in the world. A civilisation that doesn't know what is value is not really a civilisation and that kind of civilisation will never last long.

Here we are talking about the objective value --- real value of the nature that support all life to survive and everything to evolve including actually everything in the world --- life, organic, inorganic, the whole world run on it --- the thermodynamic negative entropy. We are not talking about the subjective value --- mental norm value, which for the moment I leave it for others to talk about.

Real value is the thermodynamic negative entropy which can only be produced in the extreme conditions formed in the black holes. It is distributed through different stages all the way down to every corner of the universe and to everything --- converted from the evolution waste of mass state matter into concentrated energy, then jet out far and wide into space from the two magnetic poles of black holes, form mass state matter stage by stage by energy dissipation form more and more complicated structure and functions, form energy rich gas, form big stars, they produce elements and cast them out far and wide into space, produce yellow stars that can last long and emit energy steadily to support planets around it, planet support ecosystem that produce life, intelligent life come out of this ecosystem and start to produce effective information --- information negative entropy which is the information evolution on thinking information level which has a higher evolution efficiency than natural information evolution. That is the final product of this whole process --- from real value (thermodynamic negative entropy) to effective information (information negative entropy). Nature produced intelligent lives to perform what it cannot do directly by itself --- produce effective information (information negative entropy). And that is our use value for the nature. Doing that well result in our perpetual existence be realised otherwise we will be recycled as evolution waste in the mass - energy transformation furnace of black holes and converted into energy and go through the process again and again.

Human cannot create real value. Human work can only convert it into use value. And it is an irreversible process. The opportunity cost of this conversion is the loss of this real value. Human fundamentally depend on real value to survive but only use value has power. In natural tendency driven natural process, the process of consuming real value will be accelerated and this process cannot be stopped and the tragic end of real value exhaustion and system destruction cannot be avoided. Only rational thinking directed rational process run in a rational social system can lead an intelligent life into perpetual existence. In the high level development stage of a social system with an irrational intelligent being in it will cause natural selection mechanism to select out this semi- intelligent life form to extinct. This is the most difficult and most important natural selection threshold in evolution process.

Any civilisation without consciously recognise and obey the natural law of real value will not be able to last every long.
