There is a pulmonary trunk and an aortic arch in the heart. The pulmonary trunk sends oxygen poor blood from the right ventricle up through it to the lungs to gain oxygen and then comes back into the heart via the left atrium.
The aortic arch sends out blood to the entire body from the left ventricle.
The pulmonary trunk divides into the left and right pulmonary arteries.

Well the blood will first return to the heart via the inferior vena cava. It enters the right atrium, the right ventricle and is pumped out the pulmonary semilunar valve to the pulmonary artery, headed to the lungs to become oxygenated. Then it will return to the heart from the pulmonary arteries, enters the left atrium, then ventricle, where it will be pumped out the aortic semilunar valve to the aortic arch/aorta, and will follow the Brachiocephalic artery where it turns in to your axillary, and then the brachial. After entering the Right Atrium from either the Inferior or Superior Vena Cava, the blood is pumped through the Tricuspid Valve into the Right Ventricle before entering the Pulmonary Arteries through the Pulmonary Valve. From the lungs, the freshly oxygenated blood travels through the Pulmonary Veins into the Left Atrium, passes through the Bicuspid Valve into the Left Ventricle, and is pumped through the Aortic Valve into the Aortic Arch and to the rest of the body.
