In the Christian view, everybody who was ever and will be born on this planet have a reason and a purpose. Each person will be different, but everybody was born for a special reason that God had planned for their life even before they were born. God has a predetermined plan for everyone's lives, which is called God's Will. The thing is that all who believe in the Lord, repent of their sins, and believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for their own sins and the sins of everyone else in the world, will one day end up living in heaven for all of eternity. A place of joy, peace, and endless time to praise and worship God. So, the Christian view of the purpose of life is to bring glory to God by living righteously, bringing others to the faith, and following His Will.

At its simplest grassroots level, the goal of a Christian's life is to proclaim that Jesus Christ is one's own Lord and Saviour. This goal, however, leads to a new way of living. We were created to be companions of God, and one of the Christian's goals is to seek that intimacy with the Father, and with His Son, through prayer, which means listening and talking to God, reading His Word, and thereby achieving a daily walk with Him.

Some would say that a Christian's goal is to do as many good works as possible. This is not the case. Good works flow out of obedience, faith and the desire to be an example of Christ's own life. As Martin Luther made so clear, good works are not the means by which Salvation can be attained.

To prove ourselves worthy to return to Gods presence. To see if we will keep all of the commandments Christ has given us. To marry and to bring us righteous children. To serve our fellow men. To live by faith. To be doers of the word and not just hearers.

A General Answer:

Christians believe that traditional family is the start point for a solid and healthy society; They believe that the paternal image of God is transcendent on the nature of man and the maternal image of God is transcendent on the nature of woman. When they both get into marriage, they form the full image of God (when two become one flash) and therefore, that is why they are against gay marriage. They believe in showing love and respect to the others regardless the others beliefs. Christians believe they are here for a purpose, they spend their lives trying to fulfill this purpose and they believe there is life after death. Their doings during their time on earth will be countable to the after death destiny. Christians live by faith and not by sight. They believe in forgiveness, compassion and mercy. They also believe they are very misunderstood by society, they believe they should always respect people and be a faithful individual in every area of their lives, in other words: committed to obey the law, be honest in their business, to the people around them and committed to find their purpose in live. The list is endless.

What is the meaning of life and why are you here?

The meaning of life is whatever you want it to be. We are here to fulfill our purpose. And our purpose, is why we are here. My teacher says that her purpose is to teach kids and change their lives. An author or writer's purpose might be to change our view of the world. The meaning of life is what life means to us. Does it mean to spend every second with family? Or does it mean to teach people about the world and change their lives, their point of view? Whatever life means to you, whatever your purpose is, that's the meaning of life. And remember that the meaning of life is different for everyone. If you have any questions about the meaning of life, please email me at:wolfeyes125@ymail.com
