Best Answer

Freedom to protect all other freedoms by any means necessary.

This is not, of course, a real freedom, but it is used in the game Tom Clancy's: Splinter Cell by the protagonist, Sam Fisher, as rhyme and reason to conduct espionage activities for the NSA (National Security Agency) to prevent damage to any of the Four Freedoms*.

* The Four Freedoms are:

-Freedom of Speech and Expression

-Freedom of Worship

-Freedom from Want

-Freedom from Need
