It is not Islamic point of view to hang the criminals before sunrise. Islam wants that the criminals should be hanged/beheaded before the crowd of people. People should watch and learn a lesson not to kill others and then get themselves beheaded.

Honesty (the synonym of truthful) concerns both deception of others and deception of oneself. Defenders of dishonesty rely upon an expansive view of lies say for example the tax evaders and corrupt government officials. It damages their reputation. Extortion, bribery, cronyism, embezzlement, and money laundering are examples of dishonesty. They will all regret come judgement day.
It is not looked upon kindly. It is your responsibility as a Muslim to hold your obligations to family and the community highly.
