I personally don't exactly agree with this. An average is just every height and weight range from that age group taken and they find an average, so the average is not always the best to be. There will most likely always be people lighter and heavier than you and shorter and tall. If you are comfortable and happy with the weight you are then that is a good weight, as long as it is not threatening your health. If you are tall you will most likely weigh more than someone who is short, and that is great! be happy with the skin your in, who cares about average
