There is not really an 'average', there is a healthy weight range which depends on your build and level of activity. You should work out your body mass index and see if you fall within this range. However if you are very athletic/muscular, you may find your BMI is high because of muscle mass rather than fat. However, according to the national center for health statistics the average adult male weighs 189.8 pounds or 86 kilograms.

According to BMI charts, somewhere between 135-165 is considered "healthy." Keep in mind that Body Mass Index does not take into consideration muscle weight and people who are "big boned" You may be outside of this range and still be a healthy individual.

This depends on frame size as well as age and height.

129-138 for small frame, 135-149 for medium frame and 144-163 for large frame men are the averages. A frame size calculator can be found at the last URL below.
