It is hunter and slayer. Slayer can get you such good money by the drops. You can get d chain and whips. Hunter is good too because you can catch kingly imps and dragon imps which is more than 200k for each.

What is the "best" option can change over time; for example, if many people think that mining iron is a good option, then either the price of iron will go down, or there will be lots of competition at the mine, making it less profitable in either case.
Here are some options to earn money:
- Get some resources and sell them. For example, using the mining, woodcutting, or fishing skills.
- Pick up limpwurt roots near the hill giants. Requires a fairly low level of dungeoneering to enter.
- Merching: try to buy an item, and sell it at a higher price. This can be both very profitable, and very risky. It requires you to already have a fair amount of money to start.
- Get Runecrafting level 50, and join the Great Orb Project.
- Kill some monsters / NPCs, and get their drops. Cows are very profitable in this respect.
- Go to PvP (player versus player) worlds and fight other players. You can get drops from the other players. Obviously, you can die yourself, and lose whatever you carried with you.
