I have a pretty bad case of RA and have been told by my doctor that the joins in my feet are in pretty poor shape. I found ovvver time that the best thing I can do for my feet is stick to leather shoes with a normal rubber or leather sole and heal. Every time I try out the nifty runners or sneakers no matter what they say about support shock absorption etc I end up with sore feet.
