Either work them up yourself or cheat (which is what I guess you want me to tell you!), well, click Ctrl, shift and C at the same time. A box should appear at the top of the screen, type in:
boolprop testingcheatsenabled true
then shift click on your Sim until you find "Sim Modder" click on it, a baby should appear, click on it (you do not need to shift click on the baby), then go onto "relationships" and then "Me to other..." and "Other to me..." then select the relationship you want between each Sim.
This cheat is really good because you can do a lot of stuff with the Sim Modder, and you don't have to use boolprop to use it - you can just keep it in your Sims house and use it whenever.
