There are two ways of doing this one is put two of the Pokemon you want into the Pokemon day care centre in solaceon town for the same amount of time and replace them with some other Pokemon for the same amount of time as you did before and so on, or you could choose the 6 Pokemon you want to go into your party(the Pokemon you carry with you)and order them from weakest to the strongest Pokemon next you battle a wild Pokemon or Pokemon trainer but you have to make sure that your Pokemon doesn't faint so as soon as your Pokemon comes out recall it back into the pokeball so that it doesn't get hurt and replace it with the next Pokemon and so on.
