Business can make changes in these fcators as per the requirement and the change in the functioning of enterprise. External Environment comprises of such factors which are beyond the control of business enterprise. It includes Government and Legal Factors, Geo-Physical Factors,Political Factors, Socio-Cultural factors,Demographical Factors. Thus, we can say that the business environment is the combination if internal and external factors that influences a company's operating situation.
