Another thing is the availability of resources. Urban towns have almost everything one needs in terms of access to lets say quality healthcare,good education,technology.. etc People in the villages lack these basic needs and therefore feel pressurized to leave.They in turn congest the urban towns as they compete with the city dwellers for resources.
