Jehovah's Witnesse doctines are taken from the bible. They believe that the bible is God's Word and the final authority on religious belief. They believe that there is one True God and that he is identified by a personal name, represented by the Hebrew letters (Hebrew was the original language of the bible) YHWH translated into the English Jehovah.
