The lower frequency boundary is open to discussion; it is difficult to know where the far infrared becomes the "millimetric" microwaves. Somewhere round about 10THz (=1013Hz) The upper bound is easy - if it is just too low a frequency to see, then it is infrared. 384THz (=3.84 X 1014Hz)
