It's probably a cyst. I've had this happen to me before. I sweat a lot, and when I wear stick deodorant (white stuff), it clogs up my pores, which causes an infection. You'll need to go the doctor soon (just a family doctor, not hospital) and have that puppy drained if its golfball sized. I did use spray deodorant for awhile, but i found that the new Degree Clinical Protection works better. if one comes up again and is relatively small, you can usually go to the doctor and they'll give you some antibiotics to take, and that will take care of it. They treat it kind of like a Staph infection.
