ingredients:
- 1 gallon of water
- 1 1/2 cup Thai Tea
- 2 cups sugar
- half and half
- ice
steps:
- boil water and stir in leaves, let it sit for 10 minutes)
- stir sugar in, let it cook for 2 minutes
- turn off fire and taste (add sugar if needed)
- take leaves out and put this in the fridge
- put ice in a cup, then tea, then 1/2 inch of half and half
also you can change the ratio depending on how many people you are making this for, or use this for yourself to make more than just one cup ;)
