echoencephalography
Ultrasound displays continuous motion images of internal structures.endoscopy
Noninvasive means not invasive. It means you don't get anything invading you or whatever is being looked at. For instance, a sonogram (the so-called ultrasound) is a noninvasive medical imaging procedure.
The medical term meaning obscured by overlying osseous structures is "osteopaque" or "osteodense." This refers to an area on medical imaging, such as X-rays or CT scans, where bone tissue blocks or makes it difficult to see underlying structures or pathology.
Cranial Ultrasound
The meaning I know is 'Magnetic Resonance Imaging', though there will be others
Retinoscopy or ophthalmoscopy is the process of examining the retina of the eye to examine the blood vessels and other structures.
While an ultrasound examination is being done, there is a visual image that is captured as pictures showing the structures that are being examined by the sound wave technology. These video-taped images are recorded by the technologist performing the ultrasound so that a physician can review the images and interpret the test results for diagnostic purposes. In pregnancy, ultrasound "pictures" are taken of the fetus and these are recorded for the same reasons above, however, these recordings are also provided to the pregnant woman as her very first "baby" pictures.
The myometrium of the uterus. If you are given a diagnosis of homogeneous myometrium on ultrasound, that means that your ultrasound is within normal limits.
to "diagnose".
To ascertain by diagnosis; to diagnosticate. See Diagnosticate.
When the endometrium is described as homogeneous, it means that its thickness and texture appear to be uniform throughout on imaging studies like ultrasound or MRI. This suggests that there are no areas of abnormal growths, such as polyps or tumors, within the endometrial lining.
Hyperspectral imaging is a technique that involves capturing and processing information from across the electromagnetic spectrum. It enables detailed analysis of materials or objects based on their spectral signatures, providing more information than traditional imaging methods. This technology is widely used in various fields such as agriculture, environmental monitoring, and remote sensing.
