I would say eating healthier. But, my plan isn't that typical. Here is my story:

I was 124 pounds and am 5'2. And I wanted to lose weight fastly and keep it off without doing a pill. So I tried the natural way. Eating healthier and getting excersize. But, I do not like excersize so I only did a little bit. I also started to drink more water. About 3 big water bottles that are 16.9 ounces. I felt less bloated after that. Here is my food plan for the day:

Breakfast: Special K vanilla almond cereal

Lunch: 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on 100% whole wheat bread with mustard. With of side of prepackaged apple sauce ( the ones in the little cups). If I was still hungry I would have carrots with light ranch dressing.

Dinner: Salad ( the Italian style, prepackaged organic, come in big bags) with Newmans own lite balsamic vinegarette.

Drinks: Strictly ONLY water!!! ( if you don't like plain water get Crystal Light PURE packets to put in your water)

Snacks: Before dinner have a half of a grapefruit with a little bit of honey. So delicious!! Another option would be one nature valley bar or an apple. And if you have to have something after dinner then have an apple, honey roasted almonds, or have some veggies if youre craving something salty.

I did this for about 2 weeks and am now 114 pounds! Ya!

Also I forgot to add, you can have 1 day of the week that you can eat anything you want. But only one day!
