That would be the liver.

The question should be rephrased, "What INTERNAL human organ can heal itself?", then "the liver" would be an acceptable answer. The skin is considered an organ and can also repair itself... although platelets come from within the body to assist in the process.

The liver is the only organ that can repair itself, some people say all the organs can repair itself but I know for a fact that the liver is the only internal organ or just organ that can repair itself.
