Although your VW uses refrigerant (one trade name is Freon) in its A/C system it has no specific "container". It is all a closed system, so technically the refrigerant circuit is a container. Could you be more specific?

Is chlorotrifluoroethylene telomerpolychlorotrifluoroethylene a freon or not?

This is not a freon because a freon is a simple molecule and although it contains the right molecules it would be a solid at room temperature, not a gas as a freon should be. Also, as the part poly is in the name this would define it as a polymer instead.
