For example, KFC costs more in Hawaii because it costs so much to ship it there. So, they can't put the prices of a mainland KFC on the website, it would be false advertising for their Hawaiian customers.
Because the prices vary from city to city, it isn't likely that you'll find a menu online with prices, but if you call or go by your local KFC you may be able to get a printed menu with that franchise's prices.
