∙ 15y agoAll Countries/Societies have some sort of dolls for their children, I believe its to instill or offer a sense of Motherhood for the child, it is believed that all or most females have an innate quality of mothering, and Russia is no different. (this is assuming you mean the toys) Also there are collectors who collect certain types of things, (flatware-eggs-tools-glassware-"Dolls" etc.)
