The exact recipe for Longhorn's White Peach Sangria is a trademarked recipe of the business although there are similar versions that can be made.
I've been trying to get it in MI, but it looks like it is only available commercially right now. I had it in a sangria at Longhorn Steakhouse, and it was so good I forced them to give me the recipe. I substituted a mix from Monin, and it was very good. Buy 4 bottles at the Monin website and they give you free shipping and a free sangria pitcher. Sweet deal - and I tried their Blackberry syrup, which was also in the recipe - outstanding.
Longhorn sangria wine recipe is the same as Olive Garden and Red Lobster (all owned by same corporation).Olive Garden Berry Sangria:750 ml red wine (I used Merlot)2 cups cran-raspberry juice1/4 cups simple sugar syrupFresh berries such as strawberries, blackberries, or blueberries to garnishCombine all ingredients except the fresh fruit in a large container; stir well to combine.
