Something tells me you attend a certain LA High School... The way I see it its that Germany supported and allowed the genocide due to the fact that it had so many supporters which were rallied up by Hitler. Since the country was already crumbling under a poor government it had no option but to agree with the people, it could not afford having more people turning against the country with riots and rallies, therefore the backed the genocide.
