With factory size tires and a good running engine, it'll do 0-60 in about 7-8 seconds. There are a lot of variables to consider though. Something with a high mileage transmission would have a sloppy gear change, 1st gear will do 33mph at 5400rpm and second will do 70mph at 5400rpm, and 3rd will bring the truck to its limiter at 100mph.
