As I have found this question in Paganism, I am answering it as a practicing pagan...
The truth is, we are here, we do exist, we are basically ordinary, honest, caring human beings with our own spiritual paths.
After that, it is very nearly impossible to pigeon-hole pagans any more than it is possible to pigeon-hole any practitioner of any religion or spiritual path anywhere on the planet.
All people who follow any spiritual path can be misunderstood, their practices looked upon with fear and misinterpretation by those outside of their practice. Lack of knowledge and the fear that stems form it, is the biggest obstacle to overcome for all spiritual groups.

This then leads to him killing the King so that he can become King like the witches told him.

My Favorite Slumber Party Game Is " Witches brooms" where you take a broom and you balance it on two chairs and you have to hold one hand up in the air and let out a loud Witches Cackle, and my favorite part is when you laugh and you loose your balance and you fall off. My least Favorite part is when you come in last place when you are graded by the "mother of all witches"

Giles Corey has figured out the real reason for the witch hunt, which is to steal land. He delivers a signed petition from many people saying some of the accused witches are not witches, and that greed is a motivation for them to be arrested and /or executed. Fearing the truth will come out, he is expelled from court.
