The horizon (or skyline) is the apparent line that separates earth from sky, the line that divides all visible directions into two categories:
distance
That it is expanding.

By using a therom call hubbles law and hubbles constant this is the calculation: 1/Ho=d/v=t t= 3.09x10 22/71000x31566926 t=13.738 billion years old
Hubble's Law states that (more or less) the distance to a galaxy is a constant multiple of the distance to that galaxy. For example, if one galaxy is moving away from us at three times the speed of another galaxy, then that means it is also three times as far away. The Law indicates that the Universe is expanding and had a beginning. Before Hubble's Law, many astronomers thought that the Universe did not have a beginning (it always existed).
The law of gravity.
The Constitution.
According to Saint Thomas Aquinas, law is an ordinance of reason for the common good, promulgated by one who has care of a community. He distinguishes between eternal law, divine law, natural law, and human law, with each level derived from the one above it. Law is meant to guide human behavior towards the fulfillment of their ultimate purpose, which is union with God.
Most religions teach that the ultimate knowledge is the knowledge of God or the ultimate law of reality. From a Christian standpoint it would be the Bible as that is the word of God. For Jews it would be the knowledge of the Torah as the ultimate law. For Muslims, knowledge of the Quran. For Hindus and Buddhists it would be knowing the dharma.

It is of ultimate, unsurpassable importance.
