I have one watch now, but i sold another of mine for 1250 US dollars to someone who came into the watch repair shop and really, really wanted it, but I do not know the true value, but I would estimate it at around 300-400 US dollars.

It's not gold, just gold plated. A lot of private companies plated Bicentennial coins with a thin layer of gold and sold them as "collectibles", but the market collapsed as soon as the Bicentennial celebrations were over. They have very little interest to coin collectors.
