Prejudice is prejudice. Whatever form it touches you; it is equally as bad as whatever form it touches another person. Prejudice has no 'degrees' of medium, good, bad, terrible, or worse.
At the same time, some prejudice can be ignored. For example: I'm one of Jehovah's Witnesses, the brunt of religious prejudice. We're constantly called a 'cult'. We're viewed as anti-Christian for not celebrating Christmas, birthdays; for not believing in the trinity; for not believing in eternal torment.
But NONE of that prejudice bothers us. We hold our heads up, and just keep knocking on them doors.
Hi
Might be a tricky question. By default all prejudice is bad.
The worst type of prejudice is discrimination fueled by hatred, fear, or ignorance towards individuals or groups based on characteristics they cannot control, such as race, ethnicity, sexuality, or gender identity. This type of prejudice can lead to discrimination, violence, and systemic oppression, causing harm and injustice to marginalized communities.
Religious prejudice. Hitler wanted to rid the world of Jewish people. The only people set to the gas chambers were members of the Jewish faith.
they are not, most religions breed prejudice.
No. There would be prejudice if everyone were religious. Never mind how religious people are often prejudiced or discriminatory towards people of other religions, if everyone were the same religion, other prejudices, such as racial prejudices or sexual orientation prejudices, would continue unabated. Currently, the largest group of those who exhibit prejudice against sexual minorities are the religious.
Religious prejudice, specifically antiSemitism.
Bigotry is intolerance or prejudice, especially of a religious or racial nature.
Prejudice against religion is when individuals hold negative beliefs, attitudes, or stereotypes towards individuals or groups based on their religious beliefs or practices. This type of prejudice can lead to discrimination, marginalization, and mistreatment of individuals who belong to a particular religion.
Pride and Prejudice is a fine piece of English Literature.
A:The difference is prejudice or pride, depending on the context. Of course, religious and non-religious people are equally capable of being good and equally capable of being bad. But a minority of religious people do not see it like this, believing that religious people are inherently good and non-religious people are inherently bad. That view in itself is bad, or in religious terms, a sin - either the sin of prejudice or the sin of pride. These are sins a non-religious person is unlikely to commit, at least in this comparison.
Wars are caused by religious indifference, greed, jealousy and prejudice.
