Oh that's easy - it's 3. They have more negative online reviews than for any other UK network, were ranked lowest for customer service in a Which? Magazine reader survey of December 2010. They're also the cheapest and as the old adage goes - you get what you pay for - which in 3's case means headache after headache and the same old excuses trotted out time after time. This company has an appalling track record of poor performance, incompetence and the most horrendous customer services imaginable, plus shows no desire whatsoever to improve despite hyping themselves up. Do not fall for it!
