This is a short abbreviation to the first ever online x-ray advisory and patient information advocate service created and developed by Ras Cardo to help all those who have concerns about their x-ray procedures and their x-ray results so that they can better understand and be guided to the correct ways to take care of their health related x-ray problems. It was not created to replace other expert medical help specialties, but to supplement.

Ras Cardo saw this need after years of helping people and patients answer their x-ray health concerns. He decided to fill this urgent void to help those who needed help in this regards.

He has recently volunteered his expertise to millions all over the world on the New York Times online site Allexperts.com.
