Stealth technology is used to make an aircraft or seacraft undetectable or hard to detect by radar technology. It is employed on the Boeing B2 Spirit bomber so that a potential target would not be able to detect the aircraft until its too late. Stealth technology can be used to penetrate automated defense systems and strike a target, or pave the way for non-stealth aircraft. -K
Comunication has changed in many ways since technology was used. Two major examples are Phones and the internet. without these things the world would not be nearly as fast paced as it is these days

The zeppelin was a German aircraft that was filled with helium, which was used to spy on opposing countries in the war as well as to drop bombs on later, however the zeppelin was found to be very impractical once airplanes obtained the technology to holster guns since they could easily be shot down. They weren't a major aspect of the war but it helped Germany later advance on to creation of new aircraft.
