Underneath the 1995 Chevy 1500, the cables from the real wheels connect to the cable from the brake pedal. The connection has an adjustment bolt that when tightened will make the brakes tighter.
not sure.. a manual will help with diagnosis and repair, and a shop manual should be available at the local library in the reference section for FREE, make copies of the right pages, good luck...:)
It is important to know what types of fluids to put in a car to make it run smoothly. In a 1990 Chevrolet Pickup 1500 the correct transmission fluid is Dexron III or Dexron VI.
NO. The 95 transmission is a electronic / computer controlled transmission. The 1984 does not HAVE the electronics to make the 95 transmission work.
Not enough coolant, water pump and/or thermostat. Add fluid and check to see if there is a leak. If not it's your thermostat.
The same place you check the transmission fluid. Make sure the engine is warm and do not overfill. A funnel is a must.
Around 11-12, but you have to fill and check continually to make sure you don't overfill.
Not if you intend to keep it as a 4WD vehicle. The 2WD transmission isn't designed to mount a transfer case to it, and will have a different output - intended to go directly to the driveshaft - than the 4WD transmission.
Most likely, a malfunctioning idle control sensor.
a blown transmission they are known for that expect a $1200 rebuild
I just paid 1500 parts and labor. Make sure they do the overdrive also. My overdrive self destructed and needed some hard parts but I think 1500 is a good deal.
