A Healthy Diet consists of proteins, some lipids (fats), carbohydrates, vitamins, fibers and some sugars. These nutrients can be found in Meat, fish, eggs and beans for proteins. Butter is a source of fat but don't eat too much as it contributes to obesity. Starchy foods such as potatoes are a great source of Carbohydrates. Fruits are a great source of vitamins. Vegetables have a lot of fibers in them. Candy or Dessert usually has sugar in it but beware, too much and it could cause Diabetes.
