The medical condition that lacks red blood cells is Lucemia. This is because when Lucemia occors it starts to block off red blood cells and kill them. Until further research I will not know, about any other defects other than if you have it it can be very dangerous. If you have noticed any odd symptoms quickly see a doctor.
