Don't eat junk food. Always drink water over other options. Birds and seafood are healthier than other meats. Try not to eat sugary cereal. Also eat healthy snacks like fruit or healthy granola bars. I know so much, yet I'm only 14. (not to be cocky)

HotDogs- You may not realize but hotdogs are one of the most unhealthy foods you can put in your mouth, too much fat in them!
Chicharronnes(Pork Meat)- It's like eating a bowl of grease!
Chocolate Bars- I love them! But if you want to drop those pounds, try not to eat them that often.
No Sodas- They will mess up your body
No Burgers: Too much fat in them. Not Healthy.
Stay out of Fast-Food Restaurants. Really not healthy!!
Drink as much water as you can a day, it will keep you from eating and if you do excersise it will keep your face or body from getting acne.
