In some respects yes because they had more training and better fighter aircraft with more advanced machine guns and far superior acrobatic capabilities and manouvers and the spitfire could easily out manouvre any Germa aircraft with a manouvre that if the Germans attempted they would lose gravitational lift and plummet to the ground.But in some respects no because the Germans had far more aircraft with many pilots compared to the RAF.
