Venus and Uranus rotate in the opposite direction to all the other planets.

So, in fact, there are two planets that rotate clockwise.
Actually there are two. They are Uranus and Venus.

There are actually two planets that do this, Venus and Uranus (and the dwarf planet Pluto). They rotate on their axes in a retrograde (clockwise) direction when viewed from above the Earth's north pole.

In the parlance of planetary spin, the best terms are prograde and retrograde. Clockwise or counterclockwise depends on whether you are viewing from high above the north pole or the south pole.

6 of the 8 solar system bodies currently classified as planets spin on their axes in a common direction, and so are designated prograde (majority rules you know): they are Mercury, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, and Neptune. The planets that spin in a retrograde direction are Venus and Uranus. Uranus is a sort of technicality, as its spin axis is tipped more than 90 degrees relative to the ecliptic plane (98). Uranus is a quirk of "spin direction definition."

Venus, though, actually spins "backwards" in a sense that is easy and intuitive to understand. On planet Venus, the Sun rises in the west and sets in the east (those directions also being named by consensus of majority.) Venus spins so slowly that its "day" is longer than its "year." That is, it takes Venus longer to spin once on its axis than to complete one orbit around the Sun.

If there is one planet that spins backwards, it would have to be Venus. It takes her about 243 "Earth days" to rotate once on her spin axis (a Venusian day), but just under 225 "days" to complete one orbit around the Sun. A year shorter than a day. If Venus was viewed from far above the Sun's "north" pole, she would be observed to be spinning clockwise.

There are two, Venus and Uranus. Uranus also spins at a 90 degree angle.

What rotation does a planet have if it spins clockwise?

The general direction of rotation of everything in the solar system is anticlockwise (counterclockwise) when viewed from an imaginary distant point above the Earth's North pole.If a planet spins the other way, clockwise, we call that sort of rotation "retrograde".

Does the Earth spin on its axis in the same or opposite direction as the sun orbit?

All but one planet in our solar-system spins clockwise, that is venus. All other spins counter-clockwise or cyclonically. The Sun also spins Cyclonically, so the Earth spins in the same direction as the Sun.

What planet spins in a reverse direction to all the others?

The planet Venus no longer rotates in its original direction, but turns very slowly clockwise (east to west). This is believed to have been caused by a huge collision sometime after the formation of the planets.

What planet is blue and spins differently from all the others?

Uranus is blue/green and it's rotational axis is horizontal from our perspective where all other planets tend to a more vertical spin. Which is probably the closest match considering the vagueness of the question. However, Neptune is the blue planet. Venus is the only planet that spins in the opposite direction (clockwise) from the others but it is a yellowy white.
