What pokeball is best for catching Cresselia in Pokemon pearl?

well master ball is alwas the best if u have enough ,i have almost 200 of em, but if u only have one master ball use ultra balls of course unless u have like 10 abra's already couse if u have that many u are better off using repeat ball

It is without doubt the masterball. But there is only one in the game. The 2nd best is depending on what you want to catch. There are level balls (for catching Pokemon far below your user Pokemon's lvl), Net balls (Don't remember really what these does, I think theyre good for catching water and bug Pokemon. You get these from the lady after showing her a Heracross with a big horn), Luxury balls (make the Pokemon more friendly towards you), ultra- great- and pokeballs (the standard balls - ultra ball should be the best one out of these, but for me, great ball has worked out better), Repeat balls (good for catching Pokemon you've already caught) and timer balls (gets better the more turns there are in a battle (yeah, right!..)).

I've found Timer balls work well at capturing Legendary Pokemon. Also Paralyzing or putting the Pokemon to sleep also helps.

But for those that have cheats and such, then yes Master balls work nicely.

Honestly, if you still have a Master Ball, you might want to use it to avoid a thirty-to-forty-minute battle just trying to catch Raquaza.

If you don't have it (or don't want to use it), then the next best thing would be the Ultra Ball. Buy around sixty of them. You might need to use all of them.

Master Ball (unless you already used it), Ultra Ball, Quick Ball, Timer Ball, and if you are Jesus you can use a Poke Ball
