since you are asking i am guessing you are celiac, have IBS, or have a gluten intolerance, or you are doing this voluntarily. if this is true, it is not the best diet as it limits you to certain foods.

try to stick to fresh fruits and veg, and buy specially made products. also look at the back of products on the ingredients and allergy sections.
